Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications ("Apps") published by BillionGroup ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle your information.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy covers all BillionGroup applications available on the Apple App Store, including but not limited to fitness apps, utility apps, lifestyle apps, and any future applications we publish. By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: If an App requires you to create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and profile preferences.
- User Content: Any data you input into the App, such as workout logs, health goals, notes, preferences, custom settings, or text and prompts entered into AI-powered features (such as chat messages, questions, or instructions sent to an AI assistant).
- Support Communications: When you contact us for support, we collect your email address and the content of your messages.
- Feedback & Reviews: If you provide feedback or reviews directly within the App.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Features accessed, screens viewed, buttons tapped, session duration, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system and version, screen resolution, language and locale settings, time zone, and unique device identifiers (IDFV).
- Performance Data: Crash logs, load times, error reports, and diagnostic information to help us identify and fix issues.
- Network Information: Connection type (Wi-Fi or cellular), carrier name (anonymized).
2.3 Health & Fitness Data
Some of our Apps may access health and fitness data through Apple HealthKit or on-device sensors (such as the accelerometer or pedometer). This data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties. We do not use health data for advertising or marketing purposes.
2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your real name, phone number, or physical address unless you explicitly provide it.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone unless a specific App feature requires it — and only with your explicit permission.
- We do not use the IDFA (Advertising Identifier) to track you across apps.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide Services: To deliver the core functionality of our Apps, personalize your experience, and save your preferences.
- Improve Our Apps: To understand usage patterns, identify bugs, and develop new features based on how users interact with our products.
- Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance.
- Safety & Security: To detect fraud, prevent abuse, and ensure the security and integrity of our services.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising. We do not build advertising profiles from your usage data.
4. Data Storage & On-Device Processing
The majority of data in our Apps is stored locally on your device. This includes your preferences, workout data, progress, and any health-related information. We minimize server-side data collection wherever possible.
If an App uses cloud sync or backup features, your data is stored securely using encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. You can delete your synced data at any time from within the App.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
5.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties — ever. This applies to all data categories.
5.2 Third-Party Service Providers
We may use the following categories of third-party services:
- Analytics: To understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., which features are popular). Analytics data is anonymized and cannot identify individual users.
- Crash Reporting: To receive crash logs and error reports that help us fix bugs quickly.
- Cloud Infrastructure: For Apps that offer sync features, we use industry-standard cloud providers with strong security practices.
All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
5.3 Third-Party AI Services
Some of our Apps include AI-powered features (for example, Powerful - AI Chat, AI Friend). These features rely on third-party artificial intelligence services to process user input and generate responses. This section explains exactly what data is shared, with whom, and how.
5.3.1 Which Apps Use Third-Party AI Services
- Powerful - AI Chat, AI Friend — Uses third-party AI language models to provide conversational AI features, answer questions, generate text, and assist users with various tasks.
Apps that do not include AI features (such as our VPN, PDF, and finance apps) do not send any user data to third-party AI services.
5.3.2 What Data Is Sent to Third-Party AI Services
When you use an AI-powered feature, the following data may be sent to the third-party AI service provider:
- Chat messages and prompts: The text you type or speak into the AI chat interface, including questions, instructions, and any content you provide in the conversation.
- Conversation context: Previous messages in the current conversation session, so the AI can provide contextually relevant responses.
- User-selected preferences: Settings such as your chosen AI model, language preference, or conversation style (e.g., "creative," "precise").
The following data is NOT sent to third-party AI services:
- Your name, email address, or account credentials
- Your device identifiers, IP address, or location data
- Your contacts, photos, files, or other personal data stored on your device
- Any health or fitness data
- Any payment or financial information
5.3.3 Who Receives This Data
User input from AI-powered features is sent to the following third-party AI service provider(s):
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (San Francisco, CA, USA) — Provider of GPT language models. OpenAI processes your chat messages to generate AI responses. OpenAI's privacy policy is available at: https://openai.com/privacy
We may add or change AI service providers in the future. This Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and users will be notified within the App before any new provider is used.
5.3.4 How AI Service Providers Use Your Data
- Your messages are sent to the AI provider solely to generate a response to your query.
- We use the API (Application Programming Interface) tier of these services, which means your data is not used to train or improve the AI provider's models, per their API data usage policies.
- AI providers may temporarily retain your messages for abuse monitoring and safety purposes (typically for up to 30 days), after which they are deleted.
- AI providers do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
5.3.5 User Consent and Control
- Explicit Consent: Before using any AI-powered feature for the first time, the App will clearly inform you that your input will be sent to a third-party AI service and ask for your permission. You must explicitly agree before any data is transmitted.
- Opt-Out: You can stop sharing data with the third-party AI service at any time by simply not using the AI chat feature. No data is sent unless you actively submit a message in the AI interface.
- Deletion: You can clear your conversation history at any time within the App. Clearing your history removes all stored messages from the App. Note that messages already processed by the AI provider are subject to the AI provider's own retention and deletion policies.
- No Background Sharing: The App does not send any data to AI services in the background. Data is only transmitted when you explicitly send a message in the AI chat.
5.3.6 Data Protection for AI Features
- All data sent to third-party AI services is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+).
- We do not include any personally identifiable information in API requests unless you explicitly type it into the chat.
- We recommend that users do not share sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial details, health conditions, or government IDs) in AI chat conversations.
5.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BillionGroup, our users, or the public.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Regular security audits and code reviews
- Minimal data collection (data minimization principle)
- Access controls limiting who can access user data internally
While we strive to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
7. Data Retention
- On-device data: Retained until you delete the App or clear its data.
- Analytics data: Retained in anonymized form for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Support communications: Retained for up to 12 months after the issue is resolved.
- Account data (if applicable): Retained until you delete your account.
8. Children's Privacy

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at the email below. We will promptly delete such information.

10. International Users

By using our Apps, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data as described in this policy.

- Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (improving our Apps) and, where applicable, your consent.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- Data transfers outside the EEA are conducted using appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
13. Apple App Tracking Transparency
We comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. Our Apps do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. If any App were to request tracking permission in the future, it would only be done through Apple's ATT prompt, and you can always deny or revoke this permission in your device settings.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or via email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
